2. Return/refund/exchange

- After purchasing and receiving the product, customers can exchange or return the product within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange products, please notify Seiwa Vietnam via: Hotline 0909013828 or info@seiwa-vietnam.com.
- If you want to exchange or return goods, please do not open the packaging or remove the seal on the product.
- If you purchase a product that includes promotional items, you must return the promotional items immediately upon purchase.
- If the exchange/return is due to Seiwa Vietnam's error, Seiwa Vietnam will bear the shipping and delivery costs related to the exchange/return.
- If the return is for customer convenience, shipping and delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
